Karen Mack is responsible for client account management, firm's process management, and marketing.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Karen Mack has lived in the Bay Area for 12 years, earning the bulk of her professional experience performing database management, client servicing, and supporting various initiatives such as fund-raising and donation-processing efforts of several non-profit organizations. A naturally creative person, Karen also enjoys the marketing and communications aspects of business development.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys bicycling, hiking, nature, music, dancing, and spending time with her family.
